Korean Catholic Community

The Korean Catholic community of the Central Valley began with a small group of families gathering for Mass in their native language. For many years they met each Sunday in a side chapel at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

As the community grew and clergy assignments changed, the schedule was thoughtfully adjusted to better serve the faithful. Today, the community gathers on the first and third Sundays of each month — a quiet but enduring witness to Korean Catholic life in Fresno and Clovis.
